The jurisdiction in the Netherlands underwent some substantial changes a few years ago.
Courts merged, different boards got different workspaces, and employees had to deal with their teams changing locations and tasks constantly.
We initiated our employees to take up responsibilities with our bottom up approach.
Following on from the success of our program for managers we invited the front-runners to participate in a 5-day program in which they choose and work with an initiative.
We taught them to formulate initiatives that inspired them and others around them, how to handle resistance and how to utilise the possibilities of which there are plenty when things are changing.
Front-runners show how to give shape to change. They inspire their colleagues to start moving as well.
