I strongly believe in the power of creation. Taking into account what is, we strive for what is possible. We remove deeply embedded obstacles and develop new habits and paths. My style is pragmatic, clarifying and connecting. I listen deeply and confront with lightness and humour.

Love is my inspiration

The contrast between fear and love has always fascinated me, whether in myself, in groups, in organisations or in society. Navigating this contrast and experiencing that you always have a choice continues to fascinate me. Seeing people rise above fear and stagnation energises me. The creativity, resilience and fun released in the process are a huge source of inspiration for me.
