Our Droomfabriek Approach

Based on an inspiring and meaningful purpose, we will work on converting it into appealing goals and a clear plan with concrete steps.

There are four main organizational themes (Ken Wilber) that require specific attention:

  1. Culture

  2. Structure

  3. Personal development

  4. Behavior/competencies

Together we will determine very concretely, what we want to achieve and how we will achieve it, for each of the four themes. With priorities, responsibilities and important milestones.

We will also present your goals in an appealing way so that they can be communicated to the rest of the organization. For example, the 0-15-100 strategy (zero waste; 15% growth and 100% openness) or the 5-50-500 strategy (5 countries, 50 products and 500 new customers).

There are many powerful ways to successfully communicate this to all stakeholders. We will work with with you to develop a format that suits your needs and has optimal impact.
One format that is very effective is communicating on the basis of a large drawing, illustrating the entire vision. This drawing can be supported by a 'game' that interactively, fully involves everyone and that ensures that the vision and objectives are successfully launched throughout the organization.

In a number of interactive sessions, we will arrive at a realistic and well supported plan of action. Appealing, substantiated, concrete and quantifiable.
