Our Droomfabriek approach
What, then, is good leadership? A lot has been written about, told, shown, etc. The Droomfabriek has picked out the essence of what good leadership is really about in their opinion.
Our leadership programs, therefore, focus on developing a leadership mindset with the following four skills.
All Droomfabriek programs are custom-made. Building blocks in this process include training days for theory, cases, personal development, vision determination, exchange of successes/failures, and much, much learning from each other. We work in a practical manner. You will work intensively with concrete experiments. What you learn and experience, you will receive and use feedback during the joint program days. We also create room for individual coaching and personal development.
We guide leaders in developing a clear, open, and conscious mindset. Help you endure 'loneliness' at the top. And dare to truly occupy your place as a leader.
In addition, we let you experience the power of vulnerability by naming what is really going on. We encourage you to keep looking outside. And challenge you to make decisions that have an impact.
As a leader, we help you determine an inspiring and rewarding perspective. A direction that is right and that is believed by and moves people. A direction that is of added value and can be translated into a plan with clear objectives.
We coach and spar with you to create that space in which everyone can make a maximum contribution to success. How you stimulate people and give them the opportunity to experiment. And how you create a solid and safe culture in which everyone can contribute from their own role and quality.
We give you insights and practical tools to ensure that you provide the right help as a leader. Coaching people, improving knowledge and skills, stimulating collaborations, making resources available, helping to set up structures and processes, etc. Do not solve or fix but help and serve. Often a thin line.
