Why De Droomfabriek is a B Corp?
Our mission is consistent with that of B Corp
Our mission is to accelerate change towards a meaningful society.
We do this by helping organizations, teams and individuals to make the world more beautiful, more human and more conscious.
By challenging you to dream big, and by facilitating people to take ownership and take action.
The B Corp certification keeps us sharp and aware

In our own actions, we act as consciously as possible towards each other and our planet.
We regularly challenge each other and ourselves on this.
Where can we choose sustainably? For example, at our unique location on the heath in Radio Kootwijk, we generate more energy than we use, we serve vegetarian meals to our customers, and our design is largely circular, second-hand or cradle to cradle. And our customers and we ourselves cycle the last part over the heath from a central parking lot. In this way we inspire our customers and contribute to the conservation of the Natura 2000 nature preservation area where we are located.
We do our part
With the B Corps certification we want to contribute to greater awareness among our customers and other stakeholders.
We coach and inspire customers such as Unilever, DSM , KPN, Bredenoord and various housing associations and school communities to be more meaningful.
We undertake initiatives ourselves and have collaborations such as: Consulting Ecosystem MVO Nederland , Voija Travel, Impact FestivalApeldoorn and social initiatives such as DroomBouwers .
Part of a growing impact movement and network

The Dream Factory is now part of a community of 8,000 companies worldwide that are certified as B Corps.
Representing a broad cross-section of industries and sizes, the B Corp community in the Benelux includes more than 1,500 companies and includes well-known brands such as Bugaboo, Rituals, Cowboy, Ace & Tate, Auping, TooGoodtoGo, Tony's Chocolonely, Triodos Bank.
